Includes the following: detailed instructions 1 wall mount 2 mounting tubes with rubber end caps 2 lag bolts with washers INSTALLING THE WALL MOUNT: We recommend that you use a drill and pre-drill the holes into the center of the stud you plan to install on, this will help insure the lag bolts go straight into the stud. Once you have your holes drilled you are ready to hang the wall mount.
