Handmade Rustic style Spice Rack / Kitchen organiser shelf unit with incorporated kitchen roll holder / dispenser. Our handcrafted Spice racks are made from reclaimed timber and treated with natural beeswax or a coloured wax polish depending on the final finish required. (Please see last picture for colours) This not only protects the units but shows off the beauty of the wood.We love to see all the characteristics of the wood... Knots, grain and perfect imperfections indicative of a past life making each piece individual. Our aim is to showcase the wood in its natural form and beauty. The unit has a rustic appearance that would look fantastic in all settings from country cottage kitchens to a more contemporary design. This unit is just what you need to display your spices, oils and ingredients so they can be easily accessed and seen.
There is also a kitchen roll holder incorporated into the design. A practical and aesthetic solution to cluttered kitchen worktops and cupboards. Small - 30cm W x 50cm H x 14cm D. Medium - 40cm W x 60cm H x 14cm D. Large - 54cm W x 79cm H x 14cm D.
The racks can be freestanding or wall mounted. Fixings for installation on to a masonry or timber studwork wall will be included. All of our products are totally unique. They are designed and made in our small workshop based in Carlisle, Cumbria. We use reclaimed timber and Driftwood.
If you need a similar unit but with different dimensions or a different colour please ask. We love to make anything bespoke!
(Please note the units are treated with two coats of beeswax/wax polish/ or a varnish which will help protect against spillages but beware things like red wine which are likely to stain the wood).
