Beautiful brass coat rack with 4 hooks that measure approx. I was told this brass coat rack is from the 1930's and came out of the White House or one of the executive buildings in Washington DC from somebody who worked there. Two of the finials are missing and need to be replaced.

If you can't find the finials you can use two brass colored bolts There is one silver colored bolt in place of one of the finials now.
